The president and founder of Resume and Career Services, Jai Johnson empowers job-seekers to conduct effective job searches and highlight their best skills. Jai draws lessons from her more than 20 years of experience when coaching job-seekers to go after promising opportunities and to tap into the hidden job market. She has extensive experience in senior level human resource management, having served as Director of Career Services for The Art Institute of California, Director of Recruitment and Staffing with Workplace Hollywood, Senior Career Consultant at Lee Hecht Harrison, and Director of Recruitment with The Walter Kaitz Foundation. Known for her no-nonsense approach to job searches, Jai is a highly sought-after speaker at universities, conferences, job fairs, and career events across the U.S., and also crafts unique workshops and seminars for corporate, non-profit, and group clients. Jai is a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers, Career Management Associations, and the National Resume Writers Association. Ms. Johnson holds a BA Degree from San Francisco State University. Jai also writes the weekly career advice column “ASK JAI” for a community-based newspaper, and welcomes questions and inquiries from job seekers in any location.
